After 3 years of online teaching and 2 years of semi-hiatus, it is time for me to heed all the signs for a more intentional transition to re-balance my focus on work and family.

What this bundle includes:

All of the Chen Taiji course materials I taught between 2021 - 2023.

The 3 foundational courses (30+ hours) - Wuji Qigong, Cloud Hands, and Laojia Yilu First Section - were designed as standalone courses and each course was taught over a concentrated period of time (4 to 15 week). Recordings from those live courses were edited, reorganized/condensed and converted into on-demand format.

I also taught weekly classes online from 2022 to 2023 and those recording are compiled into two courses here: Thursday Wuji & Taiji Level 1 (40+ hours) and Leve 2 (40+ hours).

• Level 1 is beginner-friendly, mostly instructor-led with occasional Q&A, and focuses on calming the mind and body, taking the time to work on foundational drills, and learning postures from the beginning section of Laojia Yilu.
• Level 2 classes were attended by students and instructors who have been practicing Laojia Yilu (and some weapon forms) for a while, and they ended up more like group coaching sessions and special-topic mini workshops / series.
