  • focus on turning the torso (pivoting along the spine)
  • try your best to copy, but do what feels easy, open, freeing, and comfortable
  • don't worry about doing things "correctly"

Tips for intermediate/+:

  • eyes up toward the horizon (not on the hands)
  • slow down to feel the integration of feet, legs, torso and arm with your center (dantian).
