Here are some pointers for when you are practicing this on your own:

  • Easy does it - keep arms, shoulders, hands and the rest of the body tension-free
  • Shift weight left and right when you move your arms
  • Turn the waist slightly when you shift weight and move your arms

Play with the speed as you practice: draw the circles slow and draw the circles fast - see how different it feels!
